The Petoneer Fresco Ultra has three filtration phases

The Petoneer Fresco Ultra o fountain has a perfectly managed filtration through a three-stage system In the first stage, larger particles are pre-filtered with a special PP cotton mesh. In the second stage, the water is purified through an activated carbon filter. And as the third phase, the ion-exchange resin filter enters here. This way, your four-legged pets will always have access to clean water. A great addition is UV sterilisation, which eliminates bacteria and germs from the water with an efficiency of 99.7%.

Remote control

The Petoneer Fresco Ultra fountain is compatible with the TUYA platform and the TuyaSmart app. Adjustable scenes are also available. Thanks to the transparent indicator, you will always have an overview of the amount of water in the fountain. Pets will appreciate the 7° tilt of the bowl, so their cervical spine is protected from strain.

Z fontány vytéká voda na zem, jakoby již nepoznala, do jaké míry má vodu pumpovat. Přitom ji pravidelně rozebírám a čistím. Dle mob. aplikace je v poslední době nádoba plná sotva z půlky, přitom je pokaždé naplněná na maximum. Mám ji přesně dva měsíce. Je to nějak řešitelné, nebo mám produkt reklamovat?
