Important information: Don' t try to shave your balls with it. I tried one of the attachments that looked the closest to shaving this part and it cut a gash that bled profusely for about 2-3 days. It took me quite a long time to find a Braun support contact in the Czech Republic (a Procter & Gamble company) and in the end I only got an email contact that I wrote to and after four days I still don' t have an answer because I want to find out if there is an attachment for shaving in the crotch area or not. I would be happy if someone from Alza could answer this for me.

Very poor Braun support
The package does not include an attachment for private parts, so the versatility is not so versatile
the space under the head is described in the manual to be cleaned with the brush included in the package. It' s pretty worthless, because you have no chance to clean the space perfectly from the beard, and ideally you' d rather rinse it with water, but I' m afraid to try that, because you can' t really see inside and I don' t want to destroy the machine, I assume it' s only waterproof on the outside.

No, it' s not really for shaving down there in the groin area. You cut yourself and blood everywhere because it doesn' t have the special head that is needed for that soft tissue. See, for example, the machines from Philips. The beard one is too sharp. Alza clearly lies in the description.
