He did not shred envelopes and other papers with glue on them! - the glue sticks the blades and slows down the cylinders, the motor is strained and the slot is constantly clogged. I take it the first one got destroyed because of this. For the second piece, I did not shred anything with glue and regularly lubricated the knives and the shredder ran as it should. However, clogging of the slit by pressing the paper still occurred over time.

the first piece started slowing down over time, making cracking noises and then the handle of the knife broke off.
I bought a second one and after scraping about 20 refills it exploded. Literally. From the right side there was a flash and a flame shot out, igniting the paper dust it banged. Both the top part and the paper in the basket started to burn.

Purchased for light office use. From the very first use it was clogged, especially when the reverse gear was switched on. Shortly after the warranty expired, the plastic parts that were supposed to clean the metal parts broke off. Can no longer be used. Don't buy

After 5 months of use, and only twice a week, no more than 30 sheets, the shredder is for disposal. It started with a crunch, as if some parts inside were meeting. Subsequently, she stopped taking the sheets completely, ran empty, and absolutely did not go to put the paper in there. Like a toy, but a thing that is absolutely unusable for work. I do not recommend this product, wasted money. You better go to a more expensive but better machine that will do what it has to do.

Safe - narrow entrance to the shredder, even children's fingers can't get in
Noise - just right, no extra roar
No one can really read shredded paper anymore - suitable for home mail or old documents and contracts
