48 dB is simply a marketing ploy and a lie. Don't believe it if you're looking for a quiet air conditioner. Air conditioners are all noisy, because compressors with such power are noisy as a rule.
Cools well
It's definitely not operating at 48dB. It is very noisy like other air conditioners. Yes, it works at 48dB when the compressor is not on 🤣 My sound meter shows 62dB when the air conditioning is on. We will be returning the air conditioner for this reason and choosing another one because we chose according to this parameter, which is simply a lie.
VERY short cable, beware, it's about 1.5m long.
