Once you've purchased the service, you can use it at any time during the warranty period.

Your goods stopped working?
Submit your claim online through My Alza and then bring the product to a branch store or send it via AlzaBox or a shipping company. In the case of undamaged goods, we will exchange them within 48 hours of delivery.
The cost of the service varies – it depends on the price of the product itself and it is a proportional part of the price.
In most cases, it constitutes 12% of the product price.

Will I get a replacement product immediately when I bring my defective product for a claim?
If the store has the product in stock, yes. If not, the technician will order a replacement and you will have the new product at the store within two days.

Will it be replaced even if the product is mechanically damaged?
No. If the product is mechanically damaged, the service cannot be used.

What if the product is no longer available?
If we do not have your model in stock, we would be happy to offer you an alternative product in the price range of +-5% of the original model price.

You can apply for an Instant Replacement 14 days after picking up the product or later.

How do I claim a product via AlzaBox?
You can submit a warranty claim online through My Alza and then drop off the item at any Alzabox. Once the item is delivered to the claims department, we will inspect its condition and contact you regarding the delivery of a new product.
