How to report a claim?
Something has gone wrong? Before you call, prepare the following:
- Purchase receipt number
- Serial number of the damaged product (if assigned by the manufacturer)
- Cause of the damage (a detailed description of the situation that caused the damage or theft).
- For stolen products, you will need:
- A resolution regarding the adjournment of the case
- An official record ((which may also be referred to as a Protocol, Statement, or Report)
- Confirmation of IMEI blocking (if it is a 3G/4G device)
Once you have called Alza, the operator will take down your information and give you a number under which the damage event will be recorded.

What next?
Damaged products:
Bring the damaged product to any of our stores without undue delay.
Stolen products:
Deliver the documents mentioned in point 4 above to any of our stores, or send them to [email protected]. Please don't forget to provide the assigned damage case number.
Note:
The deadline for processing a insurance claim begins on the date the damaged product is delivered or all police documents are submitted.
