Dobrý den, zakoupil jsme ve vašem eshopu tento přehrávač, ale z usb nám téměř nic nelze spustit (zkoušel jsem soubory mpeg4 i avi). Přehrávač zobrazuje "video codec not supported". Paměťová karta i Flash disk jsou zformatovany na fat32. Děkuji.

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem od vás tento přehrávač. Vyzkoušeli jsme několik DVD a nefunguje zvuk. Obraz je v pořádku, ovládání funguje a zvuk jsme zesílili na maximum. Vyzkoušeli jsme všechno možné, ale zatím bez úspěchu... Je možné, že je někde zvuk vypnutý? Poradíte? Děkuji
