We've had the TV for about 14 days. We had a Samsung TV before, however, the difference in sound and picture sharpness is big. We struggled with the controls for a while, a new controller with minimal buttons, but now I see that it's actually easier than before.

We were choosing a new, bigger and "more technologically advanced" TV for our current Samsung UE55RU7092 (2019, TV for about 10k), which was going into the "study". Honestly, we originally wanted a slightly cheaper TV, but by the "salami method" of gradually adding features and technology, we ended up with the QE65QN85, which ended up being the sweet spot between specs, technology and ultimately price. We originally considered similarly equipped "Chinese" Android alternatives that look great on paper and cost a bit less, but despite good reviews, we were always put off by something (e.g. black banners issue with c845 etc. ). If you're looking for a super picture that's definitely a step up from a classic LCD, good sound, a fine-tuned system and "Samsung quality", go for it. You'll (get) to watch!; -)

I don't know if I have a defective piece, but a 60k TV and I have to put 50 on volume to at least hear something. Totally crappy sound!
Please avoid this television. Waste of money.
