Great stuff for a few pennies. Allows you to mount two 2.5" slim drives in the 3.5" position. The grommet has holes on it for mounting a 120mm fan. The only disadvantage I would see is the poor accessibility to the screws that hold the bottom disk.

Bracket for PCI slot is screwed to the disk carrier, so it can be mounted on different sides
The disc carrier flexes a bit under the weight of the disc (by only holding it in place where it is inserted as a slot cap).
