I ordered this product online with an express delivery option (+250CZK). However, the security seal was broken once I opened the Alza bag. Then I called Alza support immediately and they told me this is a brand new product and I can return it if I want? On the other hand, they sent 100 CZK as a voucher instead of 250 CZK for express service! So either I need to go to Alza shop to return & buy a new one or pay another delivery fee for the same product.
