Although the arm otherwise looks very solid, the problem is in its posture. A smooth metal rod holds the entire arm in the holder, which is also significantly smaller than the hole in which it is installed. What does that mean? The arm circles back and forth as it pleases and chaos ensues. I returned the shoulder myself the very next day.
