You need a power supply of sufficient power (there is none in the package)
Too light - the magnet is so strong that I often drop the headphones from the charger when taking the phone off

Charging light for small devices, especially important when misplacing them (see disadvantages)
The charger for the watch isn't very good, it charges slowly and the Airpods Pro Gen2 not at all
