If you will use for external harddisk be careful. I have ssd and it transfer 30-40mb so its not fast.3gb takes couple minutes. I was expeteced faster because I use ssd.
cables could be longer
its not about this product but when I switch computer how safely remove and plug in to other computer ssd or any hdd I am not sure.
Its totally useless. It is incredible slow even 0kb transfer. I am using ssd but nothing changed

while still operating, it switches between the five devices
it works badly - sometimes the latency of the mouse cursor cuts, it is not a smooth mouse movement at all and it only happens with this switch. Without a switch, my razor always works perfectly.
one usb port: (Mostly people want to use the keyboard and the cape. I have to use a usb hub for this. I' ve already replaced two usb hubs because I thought it was a cut for a hub. But it cuts on any hub or usb2 or usb3 hub with an external source.
