Dobrý den . Mám problém s tímto telefonem za chvíli to bude rok co ho budu vlastnit...ale našel se jeden vážný problém...blbne 3,5 jack má nějaký špatný kontakt ať připojím např reproduktory nebo sluchátka špuntová i přes hlavu tak v posledních dnech je problém ten že hraje jen jedno sluchátko a nebo jen jeden reproduktor.... už mne otravuje furt sahat na jack a jen se ho dotknout aby zase vše bylo v pořádku ( aby hráli obědvě sluchátka a nebo reproduktory) Tak se ptám na vaší radu co mám dělat...reklamovat?vyreklamují to vůbec? má to cenu? fakt už mne otravuje že když jdu tak najednou hraje jen jedno sluchátko...díky za rady :)

Koupil jsem Samsung J5,ale baterie moc nedrží cca. 10 hod.Žádné aplikace neinstalované jenom ty přeinstalované zapnutý úspora baterie telefonování,surfování,přehrávání,videa a jiné blbosti nic takového.Když jsem šel na reklamaci řekli že je to u tohoto telefonu normální.Jak je to vlastně z vydrží baterie u tohoto telefonu.

Dobrý den, trochu jsem zaváhala a nestihla jsem zakoupit nový Samsung Galaxy J5 na jednu SIM. Nyní jsem našla už jen Dual SIM, nebo telefony rozbalené/zánovní. Mohu se zeptat, zda ještě budete nabízet i verzi pro jednu SIM, nebo je vyprodáno úplně? Moc děkuji za odpověď
