Dobrý den. Chtěl bych se zeptat, jak je to tedy s dostupností Note 7. Při vytvoření předobjednávky bylo uvedeno datum výdeje 02.09. '16. - toto bylo ve vašem katalogu uvedeno ještě včera v ÚT 23.08. ve 12:00. Dnes ráno, ST 24.08. 09:20 je u telefonu uvedeno : datum vydání 16.09. 2016 .... Jak to tedy prosím je? Kdy bude u vás Note 7 dostupný? U pouzdra pro tento telefon jste včera (ÚT 23.08.) měli uvedeno : očekáváme 02.09. '16. Předobjednal jsem se si tedy toto pouzdro a cca za 2 hodiny jsem byl vyzván k odběru ...

Tak ještě jednou, co teď bude po aféře s vybuchujícím Note 7? Datum vydání platí nebo ne? Samsung oficiálně hlásil, že bude potřebovat minimálně tři týdny na kontrolu všech zařízení, co za ty prachy dos*ali.

Zákazníci, kteří si přístroj objednali v předprodeji, dostali i brýle pro virtuální realitu, podle mluvčího Samsungu Ondřeje Koubka tento dárek zákazníci vracet nemusí. Navíc Samsung všem zákazníkům ve výměnné programu dal paměťovou kartu. Objednal jsem přístroj v předprodeji, takže Vaše společnost musela dostat tyto brýle k objednávce. Pokud Samsung Note 7 stáhl, tak jak budete dále postupovat ? Nebudete ani dávat ty brýle a budete je prodávat ze ziskem pro Vás, nebo pošlete aspoň ty brýle, které byli součástí předobjednávky.
