The spin efficiency class is awarded based on the volume of water that remains in the laundry after the extraction process. The higher the efficiency class, the less time is required for drying the laundry. The most economical appliances are designated spin efficiency class A, which means that after the spin drying cycle less than 45% of residual water should remain in the laundry.
