27" EIZO FlexScan EV2750-WT

The EIZO EV2750 is part of the energy-saving EV - EcoView series, and comes in an attractive new design with an ultra-thin bezel of only 1mm. The LED-backlit IPS panel has a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels for a high quality display. It is also equipped with a sophisticated matte, anti-glare coating with practically zero screen reflection. The generous 27" diagonal screen size ensures that text is easy to read in the most widely used office applications and correctly displays colour using the IEC61966-2.1 sRGB photographic standard.

Automatic Brightness Control

The monitor uses a unique, optimised, nonlinear control to adjust the brightness of the monitor based on ambient light conditions, which, compared to a simple and commonly used linear control, can better respond to light changes to match the brightness of the monitor with the human eye. There are two control curves for winter and summer. The brightness of the monitor is therefore always in balance with the intensity of the ambient light, in much the same way as if you were looking at paper.

Paper Mode is closer to the spectral distribution with long reddish wavelengths and automatically reduces the amount of blue light in the LED backlights. This reduces eye fatigue and helps prevent eyestrain when reading documents, while also ensuring proper melatonin release at night (melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that helps regulate sleep). You can schedule a time to turn on Paper Mode and when to turn it off automatically.

Economical, Powerful and Silent

Up to 30% power savings can be achieved using unique technology for continuous histogram evaluation (brightness distribution) of the currently displayed scene. You will enjoy the silence of the power supply, which is independent of the brightness of the monitor.

Amateur Photography - No Problem

The colour range of the monitor is close to the IEC61966-2.1 sRGB standard, so straight out of the box, the monitor can accurately display sRGB colour without the need for any calibration to create an accurate colour profile. Viewing images with the sRGB range is realistic even in applications without Colour Management Support (CMS), such as Internet browsers and other applications that were not originally intended for reproducing colour photographs.

This is a great advantage especially for beginners or amateurs who may not always be familiar with colour reproduction issues on modern wide screen monitors. For even more accurate colour reproduction of sRGB images, the sRGB button can be used, which automatically adjusts the corresponding white point temperature and sets the gradient curve.

Excellent Ergonomics - A New Flexible Stand

The integrated stand is flexible and makes it easy to manipulate the 27" panel and set it up for any use. It has a height of 31-186mm (a range to 155mm),  with 344° swivel, +35°/-5° tilt and 90° rotation. A handy feature is the ability to turn the panel to a "portrait" position (using the swivel function) for convenient viewing of "long" web pages. To provide more convenience when setting up the monitor, there is a touch panel with automatic help functions.
