Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat mobil co nabízíte Alcatel 4s nemá čtečku otisku prstu ale když napíšu do vyhledávače Alcatel 4s ( na googlu obrázky nebo na YouTube) tak my to vyhledá Alcatelel 4s i s čtečkou otisků prstů tak jestli je i v nabídce i tn druhý mobil. Dobrý den telefon mám od jara a zatím šlapal jako hodinky, ale jenom do té doby než začala být zima. Teď když je chladno a to je ještě nad nulou tak blbne dotyk, ale pouze celý pravý okraj asi 1cm zbytek jede bez problémů. V domě když se ohřeje jede taky v pohodě. Je tohle na reklamaci? Štve mě to ostatní telefony jedou kamarádům i v nižších teplotách v pohodě. Děkuji za odpověď. Přeji hezký den.
