The minimum distance of the holder from the wall is 5 cm, at the extreme the mount can be moved 5 cm from the attachment point. AlzaErgo T310B Folding Plate 37"-70" can be adjusted with the TV in a range of + 5° / - 10°, due to what you will have a suitable viewing angle. The TV on the holder must not be heavier than the maximum allowed weight of the holder itself, which in this situation is 35 kg. A mounting kit is included in the package, so you can attach the holder to the position you specify.
