DEi Design Engineering Thermal Insulating Tape for Exhausts, Black, Width: 25mm, Length: 4.5m
A great thermal insulation tape that improves the performance and service life of your vehicle or other means of transport. The DEi insulation tape is primarily designed to wrap around the exhaust ducts and other exhausts. Wrapping around them can reduce the temperature under your vehicle's hood by up to 50%. In addition, the warm air does not extend freely around the ducts and is therefore less likely to overheat other parts of the engine. The more that colder air is kept under the vehicle's bonnet, the more it is able to cool down and guarantee more power. This package contains a 4.5m-long, 25mm-wide tape. This Design Engineering thermal insulation tape comes in a light brown colour.

Can the thermal insulation tape provide your vehicles with a longer service life?
It's easy to say - yes. The vehicle's engine achieves greater power and durability under the tape's favorable conditions. This is a smaller temperature, better duct penetration, high-quality ventilation and more. With Design Engineering, you get lower ambient temperatures with less overheating of the engine and other electronic components that are very prone to overheating.
Easy to Use
If you want to follow all advice and tips 100% to get the most out of the tape, the manufacturer recommends using DEi HT Silicone Coating thermal sprays. Apply this to the desired surface, then moisten the tape roll (see video), but it is not recommended to completely soak the tape.
