WELEDA Lavender soothing oil is a very light massage oil that will help you fall asleep. It can perfectly relax tense muscles and promote a quiet and deep sleep. The gentle, unobtrusive scent of ethereal lavender oil has a soothing effect on our senses and relaxes internal tension accumulated throughout the day. The oil makes your skin soft and velvety smooth. Simply apply the required amount to clean skin on your body and gently massage into the skin using circular movements. Ideally, the oil should be rubbed into damp skin right after bathing. For easy use, it can be added directly to your bathwater. This soothing oil is especially suited for total relaxation after a hectic day or great psychological strain.

Use
After bathing or washing, apply the oil to the palms of your hands and rub into damp skin with circular movements (always towards the heart). Keep the bottle cap clean so the oil does not disintegrate. Use the oil in the evening, as lavender essential oil promotes a healthy and restful sleep.
