Write down all of your thoughts using the supplied stylus. When you finish writing, simply place the stylus back in its holder on the bottom of the notebook. The display responds only to the stylus, not to the touch of a finger or hand, so you don't need to worry about deleting or distorting your notes by placing your hand on the display.
