Dobry den jaky je rozdíl mezi Canon CLI-571BK XL a Canon PGI-570PGBK XL že se do tiskárny v kládají obě.

Dobrý den, mám tiskárnu Canon pixma MG5750. Tisknou všechny barvy, kromě černé PGBK. Čištění hlavy i hloubkové čištění jsem provedla, vyměnila černou barvu, ale stále černá netiskne. Děkuji za radu.

Dobrý den. Loni jsem zakoupila tuto tiskárnu. A nyní mi začal blbnout scaner. Vše co je černé, začala skenovat v duhových barvách. Je to možné nějakou omylnou změnou v nastavení nebo se scaner pokazil a mám poslat na reklamaci? Děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý deň mám tlačiareň Canon Pixma MG5750 a zrazu prestala tlačiť, keď dám vytlačiť nejaký dokument vyjde mi čistá biela strana.Toto sa deje iba pri čiernej tlači, farebne tlačí aj v stupnoch šedej...Čierny text nevytlačí vôbec. Čierny toner je vymenený nový.Ďakujem

Dobrý den, mám tiskárnu Pixma MG 5750 , a došla mi černá i červená barva. Koupila jsem černou u vás, ale stále netiskne a píše , že není doplněná barva. Chci tisknout jen černě. Musím doplnit i jiné barvy i když nepotřebuji? Děkuji Klejnová
