Electronic licenses

An electronic license is normal current software. Instead of receiving a box containing the medium, you get a link to download the software and a code to activate it, meaning the software can be used within minutes.

How does it work?

  • Log in to your My Alza account, select the electronic license you require, and pay for it as normal. 
  • The electronic license will be available to you immediately after the payment has been verified.
  • The software and license number then appears in your My Alza account ready to be downloaded and used.

Important information before buying electronic licenses

  • By ordering software, you agree that you have chosen the correct version. Please be sure to select the appropriate language version of the software before placing an order.
  • Individual editions programs may differ from each other in content or detail.
  • Your electronic licenses and programs are permanently stored in your My Alza account. Access to the account is verified via e-mail. We recommend using your main e-mail before you buy and check its accuracy.
  • Licenses cannot be purchased anonymously. You must be registered in order to ensure long-term access to electronic licenses before making a purchase.
  • After you have registered and logged in, you can access your purchased electronic licenses here.
