Dobrý den, včera jsem si zakoupil toto zboží u Vás pro použití v práci na Call centru. Používáme v práci klasické IP telefony Yealink s připojením RJ9, pořídil jsem si tedy redukci RJ9 ==> Jack 3,5mm (female). Jelikož sluchátka mají připojení 2x3,5mm Jack male, zakoupil jsem si redukci 1x jack 3,5mm male ==> 2x jack 3,5mm female. Po připojení sluchátek je slyšet hovor velmi potichu i přesto že volume na zařízení i sluchátkách na maximum, a mikrofon nereaguje vůbec. Můžete mi případně doporučit z Vašeho výběru sluchátka která by případně takto připojení zvládlo? Děkuji a jsem s pozdravem
