Professional video quality processing
Inside the player, you will find the Sigma Designs SMP8758 high-end chip which is the first Sigma Designs processor to support true 4K resolution. The device decodes 4K video content in all the most common formats (including H.265 10-bit), plus automatic zoom enhancement will bring SD/HD closer to 4K. And the video playback uses the latest H.265 codec of twice the quality compared to H.264.
Stable connections
The two USB terminals are can be used to connect a hard drive, flash drive or card reader directly to the player, and the 2.5" HDDs can be replaced to increase capacity in the future and can connect to your local network and play content directly from your PC or NAS. The 1Gbit Ethernet port and 802.11ac WiFi with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bandwidth (plus two antennas) will ensure high connectivity stability, including rich HDMI connectivity and composite or composite output.
