dobrý den, mám dotaz na dárek a 15 letou záruku. O jaký dárek se prosím jedná, nikde o něm není žádná zmínka. Výrobce na svých stránkách též neuvádí 15 letou záruku na kompresor, ale neměl jsem čas to dlouze hledat. Prosím jaký dárek je součástí dodávky a bude na faktuře uvedeno, že na kompresor je 15 letá záruka ? Prosím o upřesnění. Děkuji

Dobrý deň, chcel by som sa tak trochu posťažovať na Váš účet kvôli nasledujúcemu problému ktoré mi spôsobilo nepresné udanie rozmerov chladničky na vašej stránke. Objednal som si chladničku Chladnička Gorenje NRK 6202 TW ktorej popis na vašej stránke pre rozmery je aj výška ktorá je udaná ako 200cm, ale ako som dnes zistil po tom, ako mi ju kuriér doručil domov a rozbalil chladnička nemá 200cm. Čistá výška chladničky t.j. od zeme na ktorej stojí po posledný bod chladničky na výšku je presne 201 cm a kvôli tomuto 1cm sa mi chladnička bohužiaľ nezmestí na miesto predošlej chladničky a musím píliť z poličky ktorá je naď ňou. Je mi jasné že vy pravdepodobne udávate informácie ktoré udáva výrobca a nemáte čas ani prostriedky testovať rozmery každého produktu ktorý ponúkate ale naozaj je toto pre mňa škrt cez rozpočet a práca navyše pípiť z tej poličky.
