In 2016, GP launched a new generation of rechargeable batteries called ReCyko + and ReCyko + Pro. All of these batteries use state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and build on the award-winning previous series of rechargeable batteries.

The ReCyko + battery line offers a wide range of capacities, allowing each user to get the optimum ratio between power and cost. The AA 2700 version of the batteries boasts one of the highest capacities available on the market. The GP ReCyko + series is equipped with a self-discharge suppression and is pre-assembled, which allows them to be used immediately after unpacking or after storage.

Key Product Features

These rechargeable NiMH GP batteries are ready for use. This is due both to their predisposition to production and to the increased ability to maintain their energy during storage in the retail chain.

Thanks to the minimal self-discharge effect known as LSD (Low-Self-Discharge), the battery will retain up to 70% energy at room temperature even after 2 years of storage.

Using rechargeable batteries can save you considerable financial costs. When you buy this battery, you can save up to €500 when compared to non-rechargeable batteries with equivalent battery life.

Each rechargeable battery is factory limited to the appropriate number of charge cycles. When this number of cycles is reached, the battery capacity drops significantly as a safety precaution.
