Dobrý den, lednice se mi moc líbí, ale nechápu proč je na ni záruka jen 12 měsíců? Nešla by sjednat záruka klasicky alespoň na 24 měsíců? Pokud si koupím lednici za takové peníze, čekal bych, že by měla vydržet déle než rok a že si tím je jistý i prodávající. Takto to na mě nepůsobí moc věrohodně. Díky za odpověď.

Dobry den, jak je to mozne, ze zbozi za takovy penize prestalo fungovat po 3 mesicich a Alza mne posyla od certa k dablu? Dva mesice jsme bez lednicky. Penize nam nevratili, nahradni zbozi nenabidli a obchodni podpora odpovida, ze neexistujou zadny lhuty at mlcime a cekame. Nakupovali jsme tu hodne let a hodne zbozi... ale po tomhle to byl asi posledni nakup.
