Dobry den prajem kupila som si virivku cca rok dozadu a mam problemy s ohrievanim voda nie je tepla a ukazuje ze ano a dokonca trasie poradte prosim ako dalej

Dobrý deň, máme teraz túto výrivku a voda bola už po 2 dňoch zakalená. Filtrácia asi nestačí, viete nám poradiť niečo aby tá voda vydržala viac?

Dobrý den, výřivka byl dárek k Vánocům, když jsme teď výřivku vybalili a uvedli do chodu zjistili jsme, že je na ní minimálně jedna dirka díky, které nedrží nafouknutá. Je to prosím k reklamaci? Děkuji za odpověď.
