Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem u Vás Happy Green Slunečník závěsný Tucson Antracite 3x3m a praskl navíjecí bubínek na šňůru, prostě praskl hliníkový odlitek s čtverhranným otvorem, do kterého se zasouvá klička. dá se reklamovat jen naviják a nebo se musí poslat celý slunečník, v tom případě bych chtěl vědět jestli se to - dá koupit jako samostatný díl. Dobrý den, zajímalo by mě pár následujících údajů: UV Ochrana slunečníku, materiál a gramáž potahu, možnost koupě náhradního potahu a jestli je ke slunečníku také dodávaný ochranný kryt, který se na něj navleče, když je slunečník složený. Za odpovědi děkuji.
