This compact switch is designed to expand Ethernet networks in offices and small businesses. Its small dimensions allow it to be placed virtually anywhere. In addition, the device does not require special installation in dedicated racks. Because a cooling fan is often the source of problems and failures, this switch features a new cooling system without a fan. The system greatly reduces the risk of damage by overheating, dust or water condensation. In case you need to adjust the settings or manage the switch, you can use a user-friendly web interface.
The switch is equipped with 8 RJ-45 ports supporting 10/100/1000Mb/sec data transfer speeds in local networks. All ports support an automatic resolution of full/half duplex. The Quality of Service (QoS) technology will determine the priority settings of transmitted data types. The device also features the Auto-MDI/MDIX technology that will automatically recognise whether a cable is direct or crossed in all ports. What is even more, the switch also supports the PoE technology, and can be powered through a network cable. You will also get a comprehensive overview of the status, activity and speed of the connected devices on a clear LED display with indicators for each port.
