Dobrý den, je normální, že při přehrávání CD rádio "chrčí", pokud je nastavena nízká hlasitost? Při vysoké hlasitosti toto není slyšet. Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, v něděli jsme si u Vás objednali toto zboží na jméno Stanislav Novák, tel. 723 xxx 711 a email xyz. Bohužel jsme špatně zadali mail, protože nám nepřišlo ani potvrzení o objednávce ani faktura. Zboží jsme objednávali na jednorázové přihlášení. Zboží dorazilo, avšak ihned po otevření a odzkoušení, jsme zjistili, že se radio samo po 10 min vypne (viz předchozí komentáře). Můžete mne prosím kontaktovat o dalším postupu? zaslání faktury na správný mail + vyřízení reklamace? předem děkuji
