Sphero SPRK is an interactive robotic ball in the shape of an attractive "magic sphere" that you control by tilting, touching and swaying with your smartphone or tablet. It has compact dimensions so it fits comfortably into any bag or a jacket pocket and it has a polycarbonate shell that is waterproof and damage resistant.

The Sphero SPRK connects to the control device, via Bluetooth and the free SPRK Lightning Lab application. Due to their reliability, the connection is always sensitive and smooth and has a range of up to 30 meters. The robot also features LEDs that allow it to change its colour. A powerful Li-Pol battery is in charge of the power supply, providing up to 60 minutes of operation.

There is a strong fan community around the SPRK platform. It will provide newcomers with orientation during the first few steps, while more experienced users can give advice on, for example, the coding language used to program a variety of tasks, the robot speed or other parameters. The level of your knowledge is not decisive; both a complete beginner and an advanced programmer can learn something new.
