Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem tuto pračku, nechal jsem jí poprvé prát, nastavil jsem 13. program a jel si nakoupit. Po vrácení do bytu jsem zjistil, že si pračka odskotačila do poloviny koupelny a kdyby se sama nevytrhla ze zásuvky, tak tam poskakuje doteď. Je to důvod k reklamaci nebo je nějaký způsob, jak pračku lépe upevnit? Moc se mi nechce na ní dávat cihly ;-) Děkuji za odpověď, Martin

dobrý deň, chcel by som sa opýtať z akej distribúcie je práčka. kolega ma upozornil že často v býva problém ak sa nejedná o čr distribúciu a v prípade opravy to potom treba reklamovať na pobočke, servis ju neopraví na mieste. Ďakujem

Dobrý den, dnes mi přišla pračka a chci se zeptat od kdy není součástí pračky držák na hadici, která se umísťuje na vanu. Vždy když jsem si pračku objednávala, tak s pračkou přišel i držák na hadici. Děkuji za odpověď Zuzka
