Brush your eyebrows and apply the highlighter. Fill in places where your eyebrows are sparse and draw its shape. The eyebrows should start above the top corner and end above the outer corner of the eye. Brush it with the eyebrow after the application, first in the direction of the eyebrow and then in the eyebrow direction. The eyebrows remain fluffy and the makeup blends with the eyebrows beautifully.
