Dobrý den, mám problém s aktivací zakoupené licence tohoto produktu. Z e-mailu jsem obsal aktivační kód, který jsem obdržel po zaplacení, ale na stránkách avg mi nejde licence aktivovat. Píše mi to, že "Zadaný Cross Upgrade klíč neodpovídá licenci.". Prosím o radu, co s tím. Poslal bych vám printscreen, ale nelze ho zde kamkoliv připojit.
