Dobrý den, postupoval jsem dle instrukcí, které jste poskytli panu Zderadičkovi přede mnou. Bohužel vámi poskytnutý manuál se neshoduje s webovými stránkami firmy MSI. Chtěli po mě navíc kopii dokladu o nákupu, což jsem poskytl a sdělili mi, že než mi vydají aktivační klíč pro hru Mafia III, tak musí dojít k ověření, které zabere minimálně 7 pracovních dní. A to jste mi ještě zapomněli původně poslat aktivační kód, o který jsem se musel doprošovat na pobočce. Je toto opravdu běžný postup? Myslím tím ověření po dobu 7 dní. Děkuji
