dobrý den, audioknihu máme od ježíška, nicméně rozumím tomu dobře, že na na její stažení do mp3 přehrávače můžeme zapomenout a musíme ji poslouchat jen přes Alzamedia?

Dobrý den, už nevím kam vám napsat, abych na to dostal reakci. Tak to píši sem. Mohli by jste prosím zprovoznit stažení této audioknihy. Zakoupil jsem všech 8 najednou a ostatní už mám stažené, jen první díl stáhnout nejde už od 10.12. (alespoň pro mě) mohli by jste se podívat kde je problém? Děkuji

Dobrý den, v popisu produktu je psano: "Audiokniha ke stažení " ...to znamená, že produkt není na žádném fyzickém médiu? .. Pokud prodáváte defakto pouze "odkaz ke stažení" ,tak je to pro mě naprosto nevhodné (dárek), přestože jinak bych měl zájem.
