The Nokia 3310 has an improved display over its 17-year-old predecessor. Now it has a 2.4 "screen size and is colourful for modern times. V ElectroWorldu ji měli už dávno, tak jsem tentokrát nemohl být věrný Alze. Udávaná doba výdrže baterie až 30 dní je holý nesmysl. Po 12 dnech jsem musel nabíjet a to nejsem kdovíjaký telefonista...

Dobrý den, můj otec má narozeniny 6.8. ...dostanu telefon ..zaplacený už v dubnu ..do té doby? nebo jak bude probíhat vrácení peněz?? děkuji za jakoukoli odpověď týkající se data konkrétního dodání (tím myslím, neberu odpověď: datum není známé..alespoň něco podle mě vědět musíte..ne?) děkuji

Keď neviete ani termín dodania na slovenský trh ani aké varianty budú dodané ako viete potom stále meniť predajnú cenu, ktorá bola výrobcom zverejnená globálne pri predstavení? Len z cien predobjednávok som mal mať telefón už aspoň tri krát za rozdielnu sumu. To podľa akej inflácie upravujete cenu produktu, ktorý ani ešte nie je? Ďalej by ma tiež zaujímalo prečo stále prijímate predobjednávky keď jediné čo zašlete naspäť je informácia o tom že zariadenie je dlhodobo nedostupné a netušíte kedy bude uvedené na trh a preto je moja objednávka stornovaná. Takýmto spôsobom si ho predobjednávam už od apríla. Radšej ho stiahnite z ponuky aj s imaginárnymi predobjednávkami a spustite predaj keď reálne nastane.

Dobrý den, Alza mě jako mnoholetého zákazníka velice zklamala. Objednáno od 9.6. a dodnes bylo změněno datum dodání 3x. nyní na 1.10. Výmluvy typu, že dodavatel včas nedodal neuznávám - nemáte slibovat. Operátor také nedokázal vysvětlit. Jak je to prosím možné?
