Dobrý den, dva tyto zásobníky jsem dle odpovědi na první otázku koupil k tiskárně OKI C834. Po zapnutí tiskárna hlásí error 112 service call. Zkoušel jsem updatovat firmware na poslední verzi, ale ani to nepomohlo. Zkoušel jsem kombinace jeden přídavný zásobník, druhý přídavný zasobník nebo oba přídavné zásobníky, ale pořád to háže stejnou chybu. Tiskárna se rozjede jen bez přídavných zásobníků.
