The PENTAX zooming lens has managed to live up to the challenge to achieve wide-angle shooting at the highest level with a digital device. Inside it is packed with 13 precision optical elements, which includes an ED glass and two aspherical elements. They reduce optical defects and support image quality consistency in all parts of the field.

The lens is equipped with the Quick-Shift Focus system which allows photographers to instantly switch from automatic to manual focus. So if it cannot find the centre of your interest automatically, simply by turning the focusing ring you can have the shot you dreamed of.
