Môžem fontánku reklamovať ? Zrazu nefunguje . Svieti červené scetlo . Už neviem ako svietilo predtým . Nedá sa . napojiť ani na wifi . Mozem ju reklamovat po 6 týždňoch ?

Dobrý den. Musí UV lampa být zapnutá nepřetržitě. Nebo stačí během dne jen vydezinfikovat třeba na hodinu a vypnout. Děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den, rovněž se přidávám s žádostí o zařazení filtru mezi produkty případně prosím odkaz na kompatibilní filtry, které se dají zakoupit. Je to zásadní komponenta pro fontánku. A dále bych se chtěl zeptat, zda je běžné, že konektor pro napájení uvnitř fontánky je zanesený a začíná rezavět. Po měsíci používání dochází právě uvnitř fontánky ke korozi, přitom je fontánka používána dle návodu, voda nikdy nedosahuje maxima, přesto kontakt pro napájení koroduje. Co bych měl ve Vašem případě dělat? Předem děkuji Bafoe
