Hopefully, at least it's really an outdoor cable.
The cable is labeled in the shop as FTP, i.e. with shielding with PET foil, but in fact it was UTP, i.e. unshielded cable.
The cable is marked as outdoor, with PE sheath. It has a black PE sheath, so it is UV resistant but the sheath is very thin compared to other cables, so the mechanical resistance to damage is worth a pittance.
The box was old, worn, dirty and dusty - it had probably been in storage for a long time.
I returned the cable because I needed FTP.
