Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem selfee tyč ReTrak a namísto focení se mi po spárování a stisknutí tlačítka na tyči pro focení zvyšuje hlasitost vyzvánění. Můžete mi, prosím, s tímto problémem poradit?

Lenovo A6000 - selfie tyč našlo, ale po stisknutí spouště na rukojeti, se zobrazí regulace zvuku. Co s tím? V menu fotoaparátu v telefonu není možnost nastavení spouště. Díky.

Dobrý den, včera jsem si zakoupila selfie tyč, ale můj telefon nemůže najít bluetooth signál tyče. Přitom například bluetooth TV a dalších telefonu nachází.. pouze tyč ne (zkoušela jsem jak ve stavu ON tak OFF - vypnutí, zapnutí..) Prosím o radu !!!! Nechci tyč vracet...

Dobrý den. Mám problém s připojením selfie tyčky s Huawei p8lite. Bluetooth zaplé na obou zařízeních, přesto nejde na telefonu tyč nalézt. Zkoušela jsem jiný telefon a tam vše proběhlo v pořádku. Nevíte kde je problém? Děkuji
