Dobrý den, při zapnutí žehličky vychází z "části" nazvané v návodu Ionic System praskavý zvuk. Nikdy jsem žehličku s touto vlastností neměla, chci se proto zeptat, zda je to normální nebo zda je to vada k reklamaci. Předem děkuji za odpověď.

Zdravím. Minulý týden jsem si objednala od Vás žehličku do Opavy na prodejnu ale bohužel mi nedošel k tomu ten dárek, Dá se to ještě nějak dostat, nebo je to nepřijatelný? A ohledně pouzdra, dá se dokoupit? Díky.
