How do I get my voucher book?
We distributed the book with orders of any value from 1 October to 31 October 2019. It is not possible to obtain it now.

When can I redeem my voucher book discounts?
The discount codes are valid from 1 October to December 8 2019. This gives you plenty of time to buy all your Christmas gifts.

How do I redeem a discount code?
Choose products from a specific category with the minimum value as stated on each voucher. Enter the discount code in your virtual shopping cart. The discount will be automatically deducted. Discounts cannot be used for goods that are drop shipped (a method of transporting goods that are sent directly through suppliers).

What should I do if I did not receive my voucher book?

What should I do if I entered a discount code but the discount is not deducted?
Make sure your purchase meets the minimum purchase requirement on each voucher and check that you entered your discount code correctly. Discounts cannot be used for goods that are drop shipped (a method of transporting goods that are sent directly through suppliers). If everything is in order and the discount has still not been deducted, please contact our customer support.
