SparkFun Wild Thumper 6WD Chassis - Black (34:1 gear ratio)

Arduino is an Open-Source platform for easily designing and developing programmable electronic devices. It is very suitable for fast prototyping of toys, devices and command and control applications without the need for deeper knowledge of electronics principles. Without the need for soldering, and with the help of a simple development environment and programming language, you can create, for example, serious monitoring devices with different sensors or build a remote-controlled robot.

SparkFun offers a wide range of products that are designed to fit perfectly with the Arduino platform. Amoung the most extreme models are a robotic six-wheeled chassis. The massive aluminum body is surprising in size, but it sits perfectly on six independent wheels - making it a stunning sight as it overcomes the toughest hurdles. Each wheel is powered by a separate motor, which gives you ideal control. The aluminum body offers plenty of space to store other necessary components.
