RECIPE
VEGAN VANILLA SANDWICH
Ingredients
190ml Alpro soy drink
250g self - boiling flour
70g vanilla sugar
75ml of sunflower / olive oil
40ml of boiling water
1 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
pinch of salt
Method
1. A simple bun that you can prepare surprisingly easily in a few steps. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and lubricate the smaller cake tin with a diameter of 20 cm with oil.
2. Ve větší míse smíchejte mouku, vanilkový sugar, obsah vanilkového lusku (nebo esenci) a pinch of salt. Add soy drink, oil and hot water. Mix everything carefully until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold, cover with almond slices and bake for a golden brown colour for 40-45 minutes. Check it out with a skewer here - if you pull it out of the clean sandwich, it' s done.
