Dobrý den. Co vše je obsahem balení? Krabička je zhruba do poloviny prolisována kruhem, ve které byl náramek a v dolní polovině čtvercem, kde nebylo nic. Domnívám se , že tam něco mělo být. Kupoval jsem zboží jako nové v sobotu 26.11.2016. Díky za odpověď. Petr

Dobrý den, rád bych se zeptal jaký náramek vybrat aby mohl pracovat bez mobilního telefonu. Popřípadě vše zaznamenával a poté se daly data po připojení nahrát do telefonu. Jestli vůbec něco takového existuje. Jde o to že nemůžu mít mobilní telefon u sebe a není v dosahu Bluetooth

Dobrý den. Nelze mi spárovat mobil a novy náramek Denver. Aplikaci mám nainstalovanou v mobilu. Ale hlásí že náramek neni připojen. V bluetooth se připojí ale nefunguje.

Dobrý den, tento náramek jsem zakoupila příteli. Nechali jsme ho nabít (v příručce se píše, že by měla červeně blikat dioda), ale nic nebliká a náramek i po přihlášení do aplikace na nic nereaguje. Děláme něco špatně nebo je chyba ve výrobku? Děkuji!

Nemohu se vůbec dostat do aplikace.Nabízí mi to přihlášení nebo registraci,ale po zadání e-mailu pro registraci a odeslání mi nic na daný e-mail nepřijde.
